Animated gates 2011 fix (regions 4-6 only)

There are 2 textures that were named wrong and cause the frequency 112.40
to show nothing. 


You can simply rename these 2 texures to fix this issue.

There are 2 texures called: ......Location_BALTIMORE_LM (and) Location_BALTIMORE

Rename these to: .........Location_WASHINGTON_LM (and) Location_WASHINGTON
